Stall Information

 

Stalls spaces are spread outright from the very entrances of the main hall, nearing the front of the stage’s seating area. A floor map is provided of where the stalls will be along with the stage all located in the sir Woolf fisher area. Please bear in mind there are 2 types of stalls: A01-A26 shown in blue on the floor chart are for artist/creator tables. Whereas the red colored 01-60 are for general stall holders. All food stalls are located outside in the lower plaza.

Food vendor spaces are available as well, these are located outside in the Lower Plaza (outdoor area - see floor map).

Where is the venue

Our venue is the Due Drop Events Centre (Vodafone Events Center) located near the heart of Manukau City. We have noticed the community’s overwhelming love and support for anime and kpop, and the venue offers both a large outdoor door area suitable for delicious food stall varieties and an arena with a stage for kpop and anime related performances. We have decided this place would be perfect to hold our first ever event!

                                      Important Details

- Electricity fee is covered by stall prices and each stall has access to electricity.
- There are changing rooms available for cosplayers / performers that are allocated post-registration.

- Stalls are separated by partitions (these are provided by us). If you are thinking of bringing your

own partitions and/or block set-up please note this down when filling out the registration form and

we will get in touch with you about this.

- Single stalls have a maximum limit of 3 workers per stall for safety purposes.
